Are you open to the Public?
We are happy to serve the public, but we are not set up as a shopfront for walk-in browsing. We prefer you place order via our website and choose local pickup; we will email or call you when goods are ready for collection. Feel free to reach out to arrange a visit or ask any questions.
Factory Hours?
We are open to the public Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Please note we are closed on weekends and public holidays.
If you’re unable to attend during these times, we can arrange for your goods to be collected from a secure location—provided payment has been received in full.

Bulk Orders?
Please contact us on 02 4647 2311, we are happy to offer discounts for Bulk Orders. Bulk slushy orders are 60 Cartons.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card (Master Card, Visa and American Express), PayPal, EFT/Bank Deposit
EFT/Bank Deposits must be cleared into our account before pickup.
Shipping?
Australia-Wide Shipping:
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and most major courier companies.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with the option to select Standard or Express shipping.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly to ensure it will arrive in time for your event.
Bulky Items:
For large or bulky items (such as slushy syrups and 15kg popcorn kernels), we use courier services.
Please note: Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping to remote or regional areas may incur higher charges. In these cases, it’s best to contact us for a quote before placing your order.
International Shipping:
Yes, we do ship internationally, but all international orders must be arranged directly with us.
Before ordering, please check with your local authorities to confirm that our products can be imported into your country.
Returns and Refunds?
Returns & Issue Resolution
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us straight away with your order number and details of the problem — we’ll investigate and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
You may return items within 30 days of purchase, provided:
- The item is in its original condition.
- You have proof of purchase.
- The item is unopened (for food products)
Please note:
We cannot refund, or exchange opened food items, but we’re always happy to work with you toward a suitable solution.
Returning Your Item
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original labels and packaging, such as boxes.
We recommend using registered post for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Slushy Syrups & Snow Cone Syrups?
Slushy & Snow Cone Syrup Instructions
Slushy Syrup Mixing Ratio:
Our slushy syrups are mixed at a 1:4 ratio – that’s 1 part syrup to 4 parts water.
Example: Mix 2 litres of syrup with 8 litres of water.
Snow Cone Syrup Use:
All of our slushy syrups can also be used as snow cone syrups.
For snow cones, do not dilute – use the syrup as is (RTU – Ready To Use).
Adding Alcohol:
You can add alcohol to any of our syrups for adult frozen beverages.
For best results, add alcohol after the mix has frozen, not before.
Flossine?
Important Note About Flossine
Flossine is a concentrated flavour and colour additive, not ready-to-use Floss Sugar (Cotton Candy Sugar).
To make Floss Sugar, mix Flossine with granulated sugar or Manufacturer’s Grade sugar according to the recommended instructions.
You can use regular white sugar, but do not use castor sugar, as it is too fine and not suitable for cotton candy machines.
For best results, follow the mixing guidelines carefully to ensure proper texture and flavour.
