Are you open to the Public?
Yes, we are, you are welcome to come into our factory during business hours. We recommend placing your order via our online store and choosing the pickup option.

Shipping?
We ship Australia wide and shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship with Australia Post and you have the option of Standard or Express Post. For large bulky items we use couriers so no PO Boxes.
With bulky items such as Slushy Syrups and 15kg Popcorn Kernels sometimes it is best to contact us as shipping charges to remote areas can be excessive.
Yes, we ship Internationally but you will need to contact us to arrange, also you need to make enquiries if the products can be shipped to you Country.
Slushy Syrups & Snow Cone Syrups?
You mix the syrup with water, 1 part of syrup with 4 parts water, Example 2 Litres or Syrup to 8 Litres of water.
All of our Slushy Syrups can be used as Snow Cone Syrups, the only difference is you don’t dilute with water, use as is, as they say RTU (Ready to Use)
You can add alcohol to any of our syrups, it is best to add the alcohol when mix is frozen.
Factory Hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. We are not open Weekends or Public Holidays
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card (Master Card, Visa and American Express), PayPal, EFT/Bank Deposit
EFT/Bank Deposits must be cleared into our account before pickup.
Returns and Refunds?
Please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you.
You may return your items within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and you have proof of purchase. Any opened food items we cannot refund or exchange but happy to work out a solution.
Any item returned to us must be sent back in THE SAME condition as received, with all original tags and packaging such as a box. We also recommend that you use registered post to send the item(s) back to us as we don’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Flossine?
Flossine is concentrated and is not Floss Sugar (Cotton Candy). To make Floss Sugar you mix Flossine with granulated or Manufactures Grade sugar and mix as per instructions.
You can use normal white sugar but do not use castor sugar as it is too fine.
